THE PRACTICE

Welcome to Louisville Medical Center!

Louisville Medical Center is proud to bring high-quality, need-sensitive care to Louisville.  Our no-insurance, self-pay medical care plan ensures that everyone has access to the health care they need when they need it.  Preventative health care shouldn't ever be a financial hardship for people and that is why our practice makes health care affordable for all.  Our feeling is that patients and providers are all too often unable to make the right health care decisions due to the constraints placed on them by insurance companies.  We feel that you should be in charge of your health care and our medical center should be able to give you the care that you need, not the care the insurance companies dictate.

Because there are around 3000 people in Cass County for every health care provider practicing, Louisville Medical Center will be a valuable addition to the county, providing an important, life-saving services to our rural communities.

Office visits are $40 to address one problem.  Additional problems will be billed out at $5 for each additional problem with a max visit charge of $60 for 5 problems addressed during an appointment.  Additional problems after 5 will require an additional office visit.

Basic laboratory services will be performed in-house for a nominal additional fee, as well as procedures such as laceration repairs and pelvic exams.  Eventually, the Louisville Medical Center will provide services such as medically-managed weight loss programs and cosmetic procedures such as Botox injections.

Louisville Medical Center will accept payments from HSA accounts, credit/debit cards, cash and checks.
