The Louisville Medical Center is Cass County's newest urgent care and primary care medical clinic. Nurse Practitioner, Teresa Champion, a resident of Louisville, saw a gap in medical care for underinsured and uninsured neighbors and felt it important to bring excellent medical care to what she feels is an underserved population.

Teresa's clinic does not accept insurance and is a low-cost, self pay, no-nonsense access to care.
