Louisville Medical Center is proud to announce that we will be accepting donations of new winter hats and gloves as well as non-perishable and canned foods between Dec. 1 through the 24th. All donations will stay within Cass County's communities, so donations will literally be neighbor helping neighbor.
If you or your child/children are in need of winter hats or gloves, please feel free to come down to the Louisville Medical Center and take what you need from our Christmas Giving Tree. There is already a selection of hats and gloves available.
"The holidays can be a tough time for people anyway," said Teresa Champion, APRN, LMC's nurse practitioner and owner. "With pandemic affecting people's jobs and with the economic climate right now, this winter may be tougher than normal for people and if you're living paycheck-to-paycheck, it doesn't take much to tip the scales."
"The town of Louisville has been so supportive in making the Louisville Medical Center successful, we really wanted to be able to show our thanks. What better way than to give back to the community and the population we want to be able to serve?" Champion said.
Louisville Medical Center is open from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday and from 8am to noon on Saturdays. Feel free to come in and drop off donations or to pick up needed items during our normal business hours.
